A Webinar on Unlocking New E3 Ligases for Targeted Protein Degradation in Cancer Therapy
Our focus is on Targeted protein degradation or TPD, an emerging therapeutic field with the potential to tackle disease-causing proteins that have traditionally been challenging to target with conventional small molecules. Although there are over 600 E3 ligases in human cells, only a limited number have been utilized for PROTAC®/molecular glue technology. This webinar offers a comprehensive overview of the various databases used to curate a list of E3 ligases and check their expression profiles across different cancer types. It also offers insights into the process of characterising E3 ligases from different aspects.
