QXDx BCR-ABL Reporter

• Strand has developed the QXDx BCR-ABL Reporter tool for customers of Bio-Rad Laboratories’ QXDx™ BCR-ABL %IS (CE-IVD) Kit.
• The kit enables the detection and monitoring of BCR-ABL fusions in patients with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. The experimental data is processed through Bio-Rad’s QuantaSoft™ software.
• Strand’s software tool, a macro-enabled Excel file, allows users to process output results (CSV files) from Bio-Rad’s QuantaSoft™ software.
• The QXDx BCR-ABL Reporter automates the application of Pass/Fail criteria at a run level and generates a final report. Further, the tool allows variable replicates per sample, outlier rejection and modification of certain analysis parameters.
